It is not instant perfection, but continuous progress towards a practical goal which is MASTERY of the principles and concepts that we work on together. The program for solid progress is the acquisition of one factor at a time.
Our Goal
My job is to INFORM & EXPLAIN. To help you to properly adjust, correct every component, and detect imprecisions in your game.
Your job is to ABSORB & APPLY and approach improvement as a step by step approach. To add precision to your game by adding more and more precision to it and practice until you can’t get it wrong!
Our Philosophy
Your swing must be good enough to control the ball, you score with your short game and your mindset keeps it all together on the golf course.
Our Approach
Evaluate Your Game | During a 60-minute session, go through the entire Player Development Index Evaluation with Coach Brent. During this session, you will be evaluated on your entire game. Golf Proficiency Skills, Physical Proficiency, Golf Performance (scores), and your Mental Inventory. During the 60-minutes, you will hit 39 shots, conduct 4 physical assessments, complete the 24 question mental inventory quiz, and record your most recent scoring average into the PDI App. Players will receive a score between 0-100 and this score will be broken down between the four major categories to help you analyze your strengths and weaknesses as a player.
Private Lessons (Differences) | We improve the player’s mechanics to develop a repeating stroke that is limited in its faulty, pointless, misinformed, or arbitrary motion.
Group Coaching (Samenesses) | We create positive repetition and introduce basic concepts in a competitive team atmosphere.
Operation 36 | GET ON THE GOLF COURSE in one of our official 9-Hole Events to access your baseline skill, learn how to transfer your lessons from the lesson tee to the golf course, and to have fun!
Mechanics Matter
As stated earlier, your swing must be good enough to control the golf ball. If we do not make a visual change, we will not be making a ball flight change either. However, modern coaching is "Feel Based." “Feel like you do this… Feel like you do that…” Coach Brent takes a different approach. He will show you the proper alignment, and you (as the player) will describe your own feelings from the proper technique. Then that becomes your own personal swing thought.

Using his extensive research and study under The Golfing Machine, Coach Brent uses a systematic approach to improving your ball striking. Focusing on 3 Imperatives (Flat Lead Wrist, Lag Pressure Point, and Tracing the Plane Line), during 3 Stations (Address, Top and Finish), to control the 3 Functions of the club (clubface, clubhead and clubshaft). Using this approach, there are steps and guidelines to creating the swing you’ve always wanted.
And the best part, there is no “THE WAY," there is only going to be your very own “MY WAY” to swing the club.

Transferring Components
There is a difference between Practice Golf vs Playing Golf. The difference lies within your INTENTION!
Practice = Technique Focused & CONSCIOUS
Playing = Target Focused & SUBCONSCIOUS
Almost every player that comes in to see me, gets these two components incorrect on their own. Golf is so backwards! Our practice facility is 10X easier than our actual field of play. As opposed to every other sport where they train harder than they actual play.
Meanwhile we are practicing on a wide-open driving range, with limitless shots and a perfect lie every time. Then you go onto the golf course, pick the smallest and most difficult shots, to a hole that’s 4inches wide, on an uneven surface, that is anything, but an ideal lie. It makes no sense!
In order to play your best of the golf course, you need to be able to manage 4 keys: Your stroke, mind, body and emotions.
Most students who come to me only think that the swing is the issue for them on the golf course. Rarely do I find that students address their mind, body or emotions on the golf course and that is what I help them with.

Tracking Statistics
You cannot affect change unless you Measure and Manage it.
Tracking accurate statistics is the key to narrowing in your lesson focus, practice time, and confirming if you are showing improvement.
Using the Scoring Method to track simple statistics during your round of golf, I am able to ask series of questions to help students enhance their focus, create consistent habits and build confidence in their decision-making process on the golf course.

The Scoring Method
Helping players create a clear pathway on how to lower their score below 100 for the first time! Breaking the game of golf into 3 chapters (Entering the Scoring Zone, Getting Down in the Scoring Zone, and Putting).
Player Development Index Evaluation
Using the PDI app, we can conduct a 60-minute evaluation of your skillset. Assessing your Physical Proficiency, Golf Proficiency, Golf Performance (Score), and your Mental Inventory. This will produce a number from 0-100 that we can base your current ability from, create customized goals, improve your practice plans, and enhance your lesson focuses.

Private Short Game Facility & Driving Range
Located at Falls Road, a private putting, chipping, pitching green with 6 targets and a full practice bunker for use during lessons.
Our Driving Range is excluded from the public and conveniently located on the other side of the range. It’s a quiet and effective learning environment.
